1. Acceptance of Terms

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 2jay bet are conducted in PKR. Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits are credited to your account once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. 2jay bet is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable timeframe, contact support with the transaction reference.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are shown at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received and subject to verification checks.
• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been used for deposits on the account.

5. Betting Rules

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive a bet confirmation and a unique bet ID. Until that confirmation is issued, no bet has been placed.
• 2jay bet reserves the right to void any bet placed in error — including bets accepted at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical fault or human error.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per bet type. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• 2jay bet may limit or refuse bets at its discretion, including restricting the maximum stake on any market for any account.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a settled bet, the outcome as determined by the official result from the relevant sporting authority will be final.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets submitted while a market is suspended will not be accepted.

For cricket markets, settlements are based on official scorecards and results as published by the relevant cricket board — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic matches or the ICC for international fixtures. PSL results are based on the official PCB/PSL records.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

2jay bet offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published at the time the promotion is made available.

General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

If you wish to set a deposit limit, the new limit takes effect immediately when reduced. Increasing an existing limit is subject to a cooling-off period before it becomes active. Self-exclusion closes your account for a defined or indefinite period. During self-exclusion, no new bets can be placed and no deposits can be made.

Betting should be entertainment. If it starts to feel like a financial obligation, or if you find yourself chasing losses or betting beyond what you can afford, please use the responsible gaming tools or step away from the platform entirely. These tools are not a formality — they are there to be used whenever you feel you need them.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 2jay bet platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

9. Account Suspension and Closure

If your account holds a positive real-money balance at the time of closure, and no terms violations are applicable, your remaining funds will be returned to you via your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

10. Limitation of Liability

2jay bet provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform operational and accurate, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free odds, or continuous availability of any particular market or feature.

To the fullest extent permitted, 2jay bet shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings resulting from technical downtime or service interruption.
• Errors in odds or market data that result in bets being accepted at incorrect prices. Such bets may be voided.
